The 4-2-1 Manifold is designed to allow the exhaust gasses to flow quicker through the manifold. The Small bore manifold is suitable for Lotus Elise’s with up to around the 185-190bhp mark, but once your engine is achieving in excess of 190bhp it is recommended you use a larger bore manifold. PTP are now able to offer a large bore manifold for the S1 and S2 Lotus Elise with the K Series engine.
PTP are pleased to introduce a brand new camshaft fitting kit that is suitable for all K Series engines, the new kit comes complete with all the gaskets and seals required when fitting new camshafts to the K Series engine. Included in the kit is a Draper camshaft locking tool that is required when refitting the timing belt.

To improve performance and torque of the very popular 1.4 K series engine we have combined the Piper 255 high lift cams and a set of Piper vernier pulleys, making this package a very effective way of achieving an additional 8-10Ps in power while also achieving significant gains in torque.
One of the most common parts to fail on any exhaust system is the flexi link that allows the exhaust manifold and down pipe to be less rigid and flex as the engine moves, this prolongs the life of the rest of the exhaust system. The K Series Lotus Elise, Exige and 340R are also prone to the flexi section breaking. PTP are now able to supply the flexi part of the Janspeed 4-2-1 manifold separately.
