The Omega forged pistons are machined to PTP’s own design and utalise a fully floating gudgen pin. Because these pistons are stronger than standard pistons they are recommended for use in high performance engines or as a direct replacement in either a standard engine or VHPD spec engine.
The pistons are suitable for all use in all 1.6 & 1.8 K Series engines (inc. VVC & VHPD spec engines) and come complete with piston rings.
To strengthen the engine further we would recommend using Forged or Steel conroads and Crankshaft.
