- Originally used in the S2 Lotus Elise 135 and MGTF135
- Improves all round grunt and acceleration.
- Direct replacement for original camshafts & Suitable for all 1.6 and 1.8 K Series standard engines.
These R140 camshafts were originally used in the S2 Lotus Elise 135 and MGTF135. These camshafts have a higher lift with longer valve opening duration over the standard cams. When fitted in the 1.8 litre K series engine you will see a significant increase in the overall power and torque for better all round grunt and acceleration. No change is made to the driveability or tick over (idle speed) once fitted. These cams are a direct replacement for Standard camshafts so no modifications need to be made. New seals, distributor drive bush and gaskets can also be supplied upon request for an additional cost.
