Increased
power and mid range torque are the advantages of fitting this new 4-2-1
exhaust manifold and flex link pipe to the both the MGF and MGTF fitted with the 1.8 K Series engine and suitable for the MGF Trophy, TF135 and TF160.
The smaller bore is recommended for MGF's & TF's with up to 190bhp and has been designed to increase power and mid range torque when installed to either a standard 1.8i, Sport 135, VVC or up rated engine.
For MGF's & TF's with in excess of 190Bhp the small bore manifold will restrict the power gains so it is recommended that a large bore manifold is fitted to enhance the power that can be achieved
The manifold is a direct replacment part for the standard
downpipe and manifold and produced in a high grade stainless steel with
all brackets and clamps needed for fitment.
